"The Magus of Antar" the musical making its debut appearance amid unprecedented demand has committed to place and time for the big event.

The new sensation that is rocking America even prior to its release date is finally going to the big screen with a full red carpet spread this week. Celebrities from all aspects of the screen industry are expected to be pulling up in their limos for this Hollywood event only the glamour and excitement of that the big screen can command.

Already the fans have begun lining the streets to the Roswell Main Theater, the site chosen for this unprecedented premier. In conjunction with the release of the movie, the soundtrack was shipped to stores just this last Monday and soon the shelves will be full of stuff dolls and action figures for the kiddies to react their favorite Roswell moment.

For those who are on the A-list they have already received their tickets to the all star cast party to be held tight after the premier, the location for this event is none other than the famous local bar called Kit-Shickers. The bar just had its grand opening event this week, and as their first act was the cast "The Magus of Antar" who preformed a short melodic medley preview of the hit shows tunes.

The musical that is soon to be the talk of America the undying testimony to the longevity of 'Roswell'

"The Magus of Antar" S*C*R*I*P*T

This is a movie, and the story will follow the "Wizard of Oz" very close in the various scenes, so if you have seen the movie a few hundred times like me, you should be able to lose your eyes and cast these characters in the originals with ease. That is the goal of this story.

This is in an imitation script format, which will include directions for stage and camera. All directions are in blue, actual screen dialogue is in black.

Only a partial cast will be listed at first, added as each section come on the "screen" to keep some surprises til the end.

So let us lower the house lights, ready, camera, action ...

Scene 2

(LS) Michael, Max and Isabel are working at the Crashdown. Isabel and Michael are manning the kitchen while Max stocks the shelves with cans.

Michael: How's the stocking coming?

Max: Okay, these cans do get heavy though.

(CU) Max is standing on a precarious tripod step stool fall backward and lands on his posterior and reacts.

Max Ouch! My butt!

(CU) Michael attending grill looks up while Isabel cutting vegetables, hits the board instead of the carrot.

Michael: Well, that is what you get for standing on that rickety old stool.

(MCU) Michael and Isabel begin to laugh as they continue their work.

Max: Hey this is not funny I could have hurt something.

Isabel: Come on stop whining you're okay.

Michael: Yeah hear what your sister said your okay so get up.

Max: Owwww!

Isabel: Max are you really hurt?

Max: No, I guess I will be okay.

Michael: It's a lucky thing it wasn't your head.

(MCU) Max is sitting rubbing his ass when Liz 'the small town girl' enters he jumps up and looks busy while stealing glances at her. Liz comes forward to Michael. (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward on them as they speak.

Liz 'the small town girl': Michael, what am I going to do about Ms. Harding?
Just because Nicholas chases her old cat and pees on her flowers she tries to drown him.

Michael: Listen, Liz 'the small town girl', I can't talk now got burgers to burn.

(MCU) Michael exits left while Isabel exits right. (f.g.) (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward on Max as he enters and walks towards Liz. (CAMERA PANS LEFT) as Max and Liz 'the small town girl' go over by a table.

Max: Now look here, Liz 'the small town girl', you are not using your head about Ms. Harding. She means nothing to me or anyone here at the Crashdown and in Roswell as well. If I did not know better, I would think you didn't have any brains at all, no sir, not at all.

Liz 'the small town girl': I have so got brains and a darn good memory.

Max: Well, that the God's honest truth, you are prettier that Ms Harding, use your brains to defeat her at her own games. Now when you come home from the library take the back route. Don't go anywhere near that old windbag Harding. Then Nicholas won't dig and pee in her garden or chew on her mangy old cat. Right? Just remember, bypass her and do not forget.

Liz 'the small town girl': Oh, Max, you just don't understand how hard it is.

Max: Well, your head is not made of stuff and fluff is it? You are not a stuffed bear right?

(MCU) Liz 'the small town girl' exits right as Max hits drops a can of peaches on his foot, in his anger he explodes the surrounding cans with his 'powers'

(MCU) (Int. employee lounge) Isabel is working on the granolith, a small black cone, she straightens up and reacts as Liz 'the small town girl' comes towards her.

Isabel: Oh! Ouch, it feels like my joints are all iced up. Too much, work being a waitress, just too much. Listen, Liz 'the small town girl', about Ms. Harding, she is just a sour faced old maid, she don't got no heart left. Take pity on her, she cannot have what she wants. You have the bigger heart. Right?

Liz 'the small town girl': Well, gee whiz, I do have a bigger heart, I will try to be nice to the old fish face.

Isabel: Now look, here's something that really has a heart. This is the best thing I ever invented.

Liz 'the small town girl': This?

(CAMERA TRUCKS) forward as Isabel goes to turn the cone over, back and forth, then sits it in the middle of the room where the two watch it. Nothing happens.

Isabel: Sure thing, this here cone is a time machine. One day we will be able to travel at a blink of an eye to another world. Can you imagine what we will see?

Liz 'the small town girl': Oh! How interesting.

Isabel: Just wait a minute. I am sure it will start any second.

Liz 'the small town girl' is tapping her foot and looking at her watch.

Liz 'the small town girl': Okay, I have to go, bye.

Liz 'the small town girl' (exit left)

Isabel: Now what happened? I'll bet Max was playing with my cone thingy.

(MCU) Michael is burning burgers on a commercial restaurant grill when Liz 'the small town girl' enters in (b.g.) ands near the kitchen watching two men in the background fighting (CAMERA TRUCKS) between the fighting and Liz's face (CU)

(MS) Michael leans through the pass through and yells.

Michael: Hey! You two get out of here. Damn noisy rednecks.

(MCU) Michael turns to Liz.

Michael: Listen, kid, are you going to let that old Harding cow push you around like a mouse?

Liz 'the small town girl': But you don't know what she is like, all that blonde hair and lipstick.

Michael: She ain't nothing to be envious of or afraid of. Have a little courage, that's all it will take. Stand up to the old bat. Be a soldier, strong and brave, like GI Joe.

(MCU) On the fighting as one of men draws gun. (CAMERA PANS LEFT) to Max sitting at a table cleaning off his shirt with a rag, fragments of fruit from the exploded can is apparent on his clothing and in his hair.

Liz 'the small town girl': I'm not afraid of her.

(MS) Michael throws another burger on the grill.

Michael: Then the next time that old sweaty hag shrieks, walk right up to her and spit in her eye. Yup that is what I would do, spit right in her eye.

Liz 'the small town girl': I got to go I here someone calling for an order.

(MCU) A shot is heard.( OSV)

Liz 'the small town girl': Help!

(MS) Max (CAMERA PANS LEFT) reacts as he runs to her side and takes her hand where he see blood appearing on her dress. (XCU)on Max's hand as it glows and the wound heals and disappears along with the blood.

(CU) On Liz's face as she receives flashes of Antar

o Large silver glistening Palace

o Wicked witch cackling

o Big scary image of a monster with one eye talking

o Beautiful maiden frozen in ice

o Handsome king who had lost his memory

o Big Strong Warriror

(CU) On Max as he shakes her awake (CAMERA PANS RIGHT) as Michael and Isabel appears in the scene. Michael grabs Max in a silent voice of anger as Liz comes around.

Michael: You should of let her die. If anyone finds out

Max: I could not let her die, I love her Michael, no one will find out. I wiped her mind.

Michael: You had better hope she does not remember anything, even in her subconscious.

Max: Don't worry; she will never remember what happened here.

Michael: You did not give her any flashes did you?

Max: No of course not.

(CU) On Isabel as she bends down to check on Liz.

Isabel Are you all right, Liz 'the small town girl'?

Liz 'the small town girl': Yes, I'm all right. Oh, my head. What happened?

(MS) Michael and Isabel look at Max and shake their head. Michael looks white, not due to fear of Liz dying but of fear of being caught as aliens.

Liz 'the small town girl': Why, Michael you are white as a ghost, I swear you're scared that I was hurt.

Scene 4

(MS) Ms. Harding is driving her oversized black SUV with an (XCU) alien hanging by its neck from the rear view mirror (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward to focus in on back seat with window open. Nicholas sticks his head out of the carrier, slowly comes out and when the SUV stops at a red light jumps out the window.

(MS) Nicholas lands on the hard ground, stumbles, and then runs off down the road limping slightly. CAMERA PANS to b.g.

(LS) Ms Harding not noticing Nicholas is missing continues on down the road. CAMERA PANS to show her exiting right f.g.

LAP DISSOLVE

(MS) Int. Liz 'the small town girl's room…. Liz 'the small town girl' has herself across the bed crying hysterically. She hears yapping (VO). She goes (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward out onto the balcony where she sees Nicholas on the street below. She lowers a basket, Nicholas hops in and she pulls him up.

Liz 'the small town girl': Oh my darling Nicholas, you came back. No one will ever take you away again, no one. We have got to run away, far away where no one will ever find us.

(CAMERA TRUCKS) forward as Liz 'the small town girl' picks up her backpack and stuffs some clothes in it and then puts Nicholas in and lowers him to the street, then she climbs down the fire escape.

LAP DISSOLVE

(LS) -- Liz 'the small town girl' and Nicholas walking close to the old rock Quarry just east of Roswell. (MCU) Liz 'the small town girl' looks to f.g. where there are two school buses painted in wild colors. Nicholas jumps down and runs towards them and exits f.g.

(MCU) On the one bus lettering can be scene (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward the following written words:

(CAMERA PANS) left as Liz 'the small town girl' enters in f.g. Off to the side we see Madame Viviane exiting one of the buses as she looks over and first sees Nicholas yelping and running and Liz approaching.

Madame Viviane: How wonderful, guests, come on honey sit here by the fire with Madame Vivienne. And just who might you be? No, don't tell me, let me tell you.

(MS) Liz 'the small town girl' enters and sits by the fire as Nicholas snuggles at her feet. Madame Viviane goes into a trance like state and reacts violently to the spirits as they talk to her.

Madame Viviane: Please a few seconds of silence while the sprits come to me. I see you are traveling; you are looking for a circus to join? No no that is wrong, that is someone else's fantasy. No, oh dear are the sprits right are you running away from home?

Liz 'the small town girl': Wow yes, how did you know?

Madame Viviane: Ah my dear Madame Viviane never guesses she knows all. Now why are you running away?

Liz 'the small town girl': Why I am ….

Madame Viviane: Wait the spirits are speaking again, they tell me your parents don't love you, they don't understand you, they treat you like a child, they make you do things like cleaning, sweeping, eating broccoli you don't want to do. Yes?

Liz 'the small town girl': Wow you can read my mind. Cool.

(MCU) Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman comes out of the other bus and walks over to where Liz and Madame Viviane are sitting. He is eating a taco.

Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman: Hey visitors, hi there

Liz 'the small town girl': Is there any way Nicholas here and me can hitch a ride with you Madame Viviane.

(MS) Madame Viviane looks over at Jesse who shakes his head no and then he looks down to see Nicholas begging for a bite of food. He takes the remaining taco and feeds it to him.

Madame Viviane: Well child, let us see what …

(MS) Liz 'the small town girl' looks over to see Nicholas begging for food. (XCU) on Nicholas as he gets a bite of food.

Liz 'the small town girl': Oh, Nicholas, that's not polite!

(MCU) Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman and Liz 'the small town girl' are watching Nicholas in front of them eating the taco. Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman laughs.

Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman: Hey he is perfectly welcomed. One old sleek dog to another, right boy He's perfectly welcome. I am going to get another taco, bring you guys back one also. And yes one for you Nicholas.

Madame Viviane: Now where were we child? Ah yes you want to go home. Okay we can get the dune buggy out and give you a ride.

Liz 'the small town girl': No, that is not it. I wanted to go along with you.

Madame Viviane: Well I…

Liz 'the small town girl': No one at home will ever miss me. No one care about me.

Madame Viviane: Come now child.

Liz 'the small town girl': No it is the honest truth.

Madame Viviane: Oh dear, let me….

Liz 'the small town girl': Mommy and Daddy are so mean, they were going to let that evil witch Ms. Harding take Nicholas and have the sheriff destroy him, shoot him in the head with his gun .

Madame Viviane: Well before I can say yes we must consult my crystal ball. Come lets us go into the bus.

LAP DISSOLVE

(MCU) Madame Viviane and Liz raise (CAMERA PANS) as they cross over to the one bus and climb inside. (MS) Inter. Looks like a soothsayers room with incense burning, round cloth covered table with a large crystal ball. The area is dark with only candles providing illumination.

Madame Viviane: There you sit right here child, while I sit here. This is my crystal ball centuries old, handed down in my family since the days of ancient Egypt to foretell the futures of the Pharaoh. It was given to the oracle at Delphi who through its power predicted the fabled Ides of March. With it came secret of forecasting the future. From hand to hand it went, and now I holds the sacred knowledge. Now I must ask you to close your eyes and concentrate. We must induce the spirits to come here to channel their energy to seek the truth and answers to our questions. Here let me put this basket out of the way.

(MCU)Liz 'the small town girl' sits down and closes her eyes. (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward on the basket as Madame Viviane sneaks a peek inside and finds her wallet, a picture drops out of the Crashdown with her and her parents smiling.

Madame Viviane: Let the spirits come forth to speak with us to guide us here tonight. Come forth sprits of the pharaohs, of all that is sacred to the future. Come forth I command it.

(OSV) The sounds of moaning and of bells are faintly heard.

Madame Viviane: Yes sprits talk to me. Open your eyes Liz and look, see the crystal ball it glows with their essence. Look deep, I see an alien ship crashing into a building, wait it is foggy, no a restaurant with an alien theme, I can just make out the sign C .. R .. A ..S …

(CU) on Liz 'the small town girl' as the camera shoots pass her shoulder (OS) at Madame Viviane on the right f.g. Liz 'the small town girl' eyes grow large as Madame Viviane talks.

Liz 'the small town girl': That our restaurant the Crashdown, wow you are good.

(MCU)on Madame Viviane as the camera switches angles and is shooting (OS) Madame Viviane on the left f.g. as she gazes into the crystal ball.

Madame Viviane: Of course. What is this aliens? Cute alien females with strange antennae on their heads. Oh my they are wearing a very short green and silver lame' uniform? Odd very odd indeed.

Liz 'the small town girl': No not aliens that is the waitress uniforms. Yeah I guess they are a little short but the guys all love them. We get extra tips if we bend over just right…

(CU)on Madame Viviane as she gazes into the crystal ball.

Madame Viviane: Oh I see more… sad so sad, this must be the future

Liz 'the small town girl': What?

Madame Viviane: Oh dear, there appears to be a woman crying, her hair is gray and her face worn from worry and tears so many tears. She is inside a bedroom, a young girl's room she is holding a picture. I can barely see it, if she moves a little. There! Why it is a picture of you.

Liz 'the small town girl': Me! Mommy!

(MS)on Madame Viviane looks at Liz and then back to the crystal ball as she warms it with her hands.

Madame Viviane: Yes, she is in tears, you have been gone so very long….. she thinks you are dead. Her heart cannot stand the pain.

(SFX) sequence (XCU) on the crystal ball where the Mommy (Mrs. Parker) can be seen crying inside.

Madame Viviane: She is getting up but ….. oh no

Liz 'the small town girl' Mommy! What?

(MS) on Madame Viviane looks at Liz and then back to the crystal ball as she warms it with her hands.

Madame Viviane: Her name is Nancy right? Nancy Parker, oh no … it cannot be.

Liz 'the small town girl': What is happening?

(MCU)on Madame Viviane as the camera switches angles and is shooting (OS) Madame Viviane on the right f.g. as she gazes back into the crystal ball.

Madame Viviane: Well I am not sure, there appears to be a hospital bed with a man lying in it, he is very still, and she is crying about what happened to him and you.

Liz 'the small town girl': Daddy?

Madame Viviane: Yes, it appears he was injured looking for you, very badly injured. Your mom is clutching her chest, on Liz you must return home and set things right before it is too late

Liz 'the small town girl': Too late.

Madame Viviane: Yes before it is too late, she is dying.

(CU) on Liz 'the small town girl' as the camera shoots pass her shoulder (OS) at Madame Viviane on the right f.g.

Liz 'the small town girl': No. no no

Madame Viviane: Only you can save her Liz

Liz 'the small town girl': What's she doing now?

(CU) on Liz 'the small town girl' as the camera shoots pass her shoulder (OS) at Madame Viviane on the right f.g.

Madame Viviane: The crystal is growing dark; it appears she has collapse on the bed. Oh, Liz 'the small town girl' you must hurry home to her.

(MS) Liz 'the small town girl' jumps up, picks up her basket and runs out of the bus only to run into Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman.

Liz 'the small town girl': I am so sorry I have to get home right away

Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman: Hey I thought you were coming with Madame Viviane and me. We were going to bill you as the "Living Crystal Ball".

Liz 'the small town girl': Oh, no, no, I have to get home to my mommy.

(MS) Liz 'the small town girl' bends down and picks up Nicholas (CAMERA PANS) forward as she starts to walk away from the buses.

Liz 'the small town girl': Come on, Nicholas! Oh, what will I do with you? If we don't go home Mommy will die and Daddy will get hurt. I f I do go home they will kill you. What will I do ... wait I know, I will stop at Alex's he will know what to do he is a genius, a real wiz at tricking people.

(CAMERA PANS LEFT) the wind starts to blow leaves and dust about b.g. Liz 'the small town girl' puts Nicholas to ground as they begin to run back towards Roswell.

(MCU) Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman glances over to Madam Viviane as she comes out of the bus.

Madame Viviane: Hey Jesse there is a weather report on about a tornado headed thios way. We had better get to safe ground.

Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman: Okay Vivienne, what happened with the girl there? Scared her huh?

Madame Viviane: Yeah it was the only way to send her home. Oh by the way next time tone down the moans and go easier on the bells.

Jesse the Snake Oil Salesman: Good the last thing I need is jailbait around here. You said a tornado. Huh? There should be lots of accidents prime fishing grounds I would say for a few weeks for us honest lawyers.

(MCU) Jesse laughs at his joke. Madame Vivienne shakes her head and exits to her bus b.g. Jesses is still laughing as he walks to his bus (CAMERA PANS LEFT) and starts it up.

[MS]Int. Crashdown where Liz 'the small town girl' enters from left (f.g.)and opens the front glass doors to reveal Antar (CAMERA Trucks) forward through the door as (CAMERA Pans) left to shoot (FS) the center square of a small Antarian village. Liz 'the small town girl' stares with great interest in all that she sees.

(MCU) Liz 'the small town girl' with Nicholas in her arms begins to walk looking all around the village. The sky has a funny pink cast to it, the clouds are lavender in color and in the distance she sees not one but three moons. There are flowers everywhere, bright colors of orange, lime greens, florescent pinks, vibrant purples, bright turquoise. As she walks Antarian, begin to peel out from all over as they slowly begin to stand in front of the camera in (f.g.). There are small in stature, with outlandish styled colored clothing and very odd colors for hair, orange, blue, pink, and green.

Liz 'the small town girl': Nicholas I do not think we are in Roswell anymore.

(CS) Liz 'the small town girl' with Nicholas still in her arms looks at the strange sky and the funny colored flowers.

Liz 'the small town girl': We must be over the stars, in heaven, we are in heaven

(LS)In the distance, Liz 'the small town girl' sees a large lavender cloud slowly descend with a girl sitting on a throne top wearing a bright pink dress and a large pink crown. In her hand, she is holding a scepter with a star at the end. The cloud stops, steps appears leading to the ground, as the Bitch-like being gets out and steps downward to Antar. Liz 'the small town girl' puts Nicholas down to the ground, turns to the (b.g.) sees cloud, reacts and backs slowly toward the camera as she exits to the left.

LAP DISSOLVE

(MCU) Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West looks (OS) to the left at Liz 'the small town girl' and smiles. (MCU) Liz 'the small town girl' looks (OS) to right (f.g.) as she reacts as she points to the sky and speaks.

Liz 'the small town girl': Now I am sure of it, we are not in Roswell. Nothing there looks like that.

(MCU) Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West smiles and walks towards Liz 'the small town girl' (CAMERA PANS) right to Liz 'the small town girl' and Nicholas as the (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward and they speak.

Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West: Are you a Bitch yes or no?

Liz 'the small town girl': Who, me!!!!! Why, I'm not a Bitch. I'm Liz 'the small town girl' from Roswell.

Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West: Okay! Then…..

(CS) Nicholas is sitting at Liz 'the small town girl' feet in (b.g.) as Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West points to him

Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West: Then is that the Bitch?

Liz 'the small town girl': Who?? Nicholas? Well some may consider him to be but… NO!

(MS) Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West appears confused as she continues to drill Liz 'the small town girl' on who the bitch is. They both (OS) to the right then the left (f.g.).

Liz 'the small town girl': Nicholas is my dog.

Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West: Dog? Humm then I am quite perplexed, who then is the Bitch? The Antarians call me to come because only a Bitch can kill another Bitch. So then, the Crashdown must be the Bitch

Liz 'the small town girl': What are you babbling about?

Maria, The Good Bitch of the South West: My dear did you not arrive in that Crashdown that dropped out of the sky onto the Bitch. For there is the Crashdown, here you are and …

(MS) on Liz 'the small town girl' as she get up and comes towards the open grass area watching the action in the f.g.

(MS)on Zan, 'The Stuff and Fluff Pooh Bear Who Has No Memory' as he begins to stalk the raven, still holding a bit of his fluff in her beak, sitting on a tall grass point. (CAMERA TRUCKS) forward as he dives for the bird only to hit the ground as the bird flitters over to another spot to sit.

(MCU) on Zan, 'The Stuff and Fluff Pooh Bear Who Has No Memory' as he gets up and runs after the bird again. The bird flies off into the sky. f.g.

(LS) of Zan, 'The Stuff and Fluff Pooh Bear Who Has No Memory' watching as the bird soars over his head and then leaves the grassy area as Liz 'the small town girl' looks up and waves.

He twirls her kind of hard and she lands on her bottom on the road as Nicolas comes to lick her face.
